INGREDIENTS
- 8oz pack of cream cheese
- One pack of lil smokies
- 1lb of thin bacon
- Blazing Star Reaper Rub
- Melinda's Hot Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Set Smoker to 225
- Season Block of cream cheese with Blazing Star Reaper Rub on all sides
- Place cream cheese on a tray and put in the smoker(I used Turbo Trusser's Cream Cheese Platter)
- Slice pack of bacon in 3 equal sections
- Wrap lil smokies with small bacon strips, you can use toothpicks to hold the bacon in place but not necessary if you over lap the bacon at the bottom
- Place bacon wrapped smokies on a wired cooking tray
- Season the top with Blazing Star Reaper Rub
- After about 30 minutes crank the smoker up to 275 and add lil smokies to the grill
- After 45 minutes the bacon should start to get crisp, and then it is time to drizzle Melinda's Hot Honey to the top of the Cream Cheese and the Lil Smokies.
