🛒Ingredients
For the Sloppy Joe Mixture:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Blazing Star All In One Seasoning
- 1 cup Blazing Star Original BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp @bearandburtons W Sauce Fireshire
- 1 tbsp @melindasfoods Original Habanero Garlic Sauce
For the Toast:
- 6 slices thick-cut Texas Toast (garlic or buttered)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese

Brown the Beef
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease. -
Sauté the Veggies
Add diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened. -
Season and Sauce It Up
Stir in Blazing Star All In One Seasoning, Original BBQ Sauce, mustard, W Sauce Fireshire, and Melinda’s Habanero Garlic Sauce. Mix well. -
Simmer
Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10–15 minutes until thickened and saucy. -
Prepare the Texas Toast
Toast the bread according to package directions. Press the center of each slice gently with the back of a spoon to create a shallow “boat.” -
Assemble
Spoon the Sloppy Joe mixture over each slice of toast. Top generously with shredded cheese. -
Melt and Serve
Optional: Place under the broiler for 1–2 minutes to melt and brown the cheese slightly. Serve warm and dig in!
