🌶️ Reaper Ranch Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Blazing Star Reaper Rub

Instructions
Whisk everything together until smooth. Chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors bloom.


🍔 Juicy Lucy Burgers

  • ½ pound 80/20 ground beef (2 quarter-pound patties per burger)
  • 2 slices American cheese, quartered
  • Blazing Star Beef Rub
  • Toasted burger buns

Instructions

  1. Form and stuff: Smash two ¼ lb patties. Place the quartered cheese slices in the center of one patty, then top with the second patty and seal the edges tightly.
  2. Season: Generously season the outside with our Beef Rub.
  3. Cook: Grill on a flat-top griddle over medium-high heat until the burgers reach a perfect medium doneness.
  4. Toast buns: Lightly toast the buns on the griddle for extra flavor and crunch.
  5. Assemble: Add your juicy stuffed burger to the bun, top with a generous drizzle of Reaper Ranch, and enjoy every molten cheesy bite.
