  • ½ cup buffalo sauce

    Cut puff pastry into 12 equal squares. Press each square into a greased muffin pan to form cups.
  3. Make the filling.
    In a bowl, combine chopped chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, buffalo sauce, and Reaper Rub. Mix until fully combined.
