Buffalo Chicken
- 1½-2 lbs chicken thighs
- Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter seasoning
- Blazing Star Reaper Rub
Pastry Bites
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Blazing Star Reaper Rub
- ½ cup buffalo sauce

Cook the chicken.
Season chicken thighs with Garlic Butter seasoning and Reaper Rub. Cook at 350°F until fully cooked, about 40 minutes. Chop into bite-sized pieces. -
Prep the pastry cups.
Cut puff pastry into 12 equal squares. Press each square into a greased muffin pan to form cups. -
Make the filling.
In a bowl, combine chopped chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, buffalo sauce, and Reaper Rub. Mix until fully combined. -
Fill the cups.
Use an ice cream scoop to evenly fill each pastry cup. -
Bake.
Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. -
Serve hot.
Let cool slightly and serve warm.
