🛒Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- Blazing Star Beef Rub and Seasoning, to taste
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 6 pats butter
- Blazing Star Asian Bang Sauce (about ⅔ bottle)
🔥Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Prep the ribs.
Slice baby back ribs into individual bones using a sharp knife. Season generously on all sides with Blazing Star BBQ Beef Rub. -
Smoke the ribs.
Smoke at 250°F for about 2 hours, until the ribs take on good color and light smoke flavor. -
Pan and glaze.
Transfer ribs to a foil pan. Add brown sugar, butter, and about ⅔ bottle of Asian Bang Sauce. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. -
Tenderize.
Return the pan to the smoker and cook for 1 hour, allowing the ribs to tenderize in the buttery sauce. -
Caramelize.
Remove foil, toss ribs in the glaze, and cook uncovered for 30 minutes, letting the sauce thicken and caramelize. -
Serve.
Remove from smoker and serve hot.
💡Pro Tips
- Slice ribs evenly so they cook at the same rate.
- Almond or fruit wood adds a subtle sweetness that pairs perfectly with Asian Bang Sauce.
- Keep ribs uncovered at the end for sticky, glossy caramelization.
- Serve straight from the pan for maximum sauciness.
