I wasn’t sure what to call these, so I went with what they’re known as and trust me, the name fits. If you love candied jalapeños, bacon, melty cheese, and buttery crackers, these are about to become your new party obsession. Simple ingredients, big flavor, and they disappear FAST.

💡Pro Tips
- Use a wire rack so the bacon crisps evenly all the way around.
- Don’t overload the brown sugar just enough for a sweet finish.
- Adjust heat by removing jalapeño seeds or swapping in candied jalapeños.
- These reheat surprisingly well in an air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes.
