  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • ½ lb bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1-pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz Colby Jack cheese, cubed

Reaper Ranch Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayo
    ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
    2 tbsp Blazing Star Reaper Rub
  • ½ tsp MSG (optional)

🔥Instructions

  1. Cook the Bacon
    In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil the Pasta
    Cook rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Make the Reaper Ranch
    In a bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, buttermilk, dried parsley, Blazing Star Reaper Rub, and MSG (if using). Adjust thickness with a splash of buttermilk if needed.
  4. Combine Everything
    In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, chopped bacon, halved tomatoes, and cubed cheese. Pour over the Reaper Ranch dressing and toss until everything is well coated.
  5. Chill and Serve
     Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving cold.
