  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and precooked
  • ½ lb bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Melinda’s Jalapeño Ranch Sauce
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
