Great Hotdog Chili Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 1lb 85/15 ground beef
• 1 cup of water
• 1/4 cup Melinda's Foods Jalapeno Ketchup
• 1 tablespoon Bear and Burton's W Sauce or Fireshire
• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
• 2 tablespoons Blazing Star Reaper Rub
• 1/2 onion diced finely
• 4 garlic cloves minced

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all of the ingredients to the pan at the same time
2. Cook on medium high heat while mashing down the meat constantly
3. Once the meat looks fully cooked reduce to a simmer until it is your desired consistency
4. Serve on Hotdogs, Burgers or with some chips
